How to Wear
360 Thera Vest

Put your arms through the sleeves.

Move both of your hands to the back. Hold the vest and pull it down, then position it at above hip line.

Slowly move your hands back to the front while holding the vest. Then, start to attach 5 pairs of hook-and-eye closure from bottom to top.

Put in your hands through the vest. Then, pull the excess fat in upward motion to the front.

Continue to attach another 5 pairs of hook-and-eye closure.

Again, put in your hands through the vest. Then, pull the excess fat in upward motion to the front.

Attach the rest of the hook-and-eye closure.

Move your body forward and put your hand inside the sleeve to pull excess fat from back and underarm to busts.
How to Wear
360 Thera Pants

Sit down comfortably and slightly bend your body forward. Roll up one leg of your pants, then insert one leg into the pants.

Pull the pants from ankle to your knee. Make sure there are no wrinkles or loose areas.

Repeat Step 1 to 2 for the other leg.

Now, gently pull the pants up to your waist while you alternate between your left and right legs. To put on the pants easily, move your hips to the left and right while pulling the pants up to your waist.
Caution: If you’re perspiring, you may find it difficult to put on the pants. Improper wearing of the pants may lead to discomfort.

Push the fat at your inner and outer thighs to your hips to give a better shaping effect and a more comfortable experience.

Attach the hook-and-eye closure at the front of the waist band. Then, pull up the zipper.

Raise and lower your legs a few times while holding on to both sides of the waist bands, then move your left and right knees up alternatively to ensure that the pants fit nicely over your hips and legs.
How to Wear
360 Thera Short Bra
Put your arms through the straps.
Lean forward slightly and allow your breasts to naturally settle and fit into the bra cups. Then, fasten the hooks at the back.
Fill the cups with all of the fatty tissues that are hanging out of the cups below your underwire and armpits.
Stand straight and adjust the straps so that it rests comfortably on your shoulder. You should be able to slip a finger underneath the strap and still feel that it is snug, but not too tight.
Move your shoulders and arms freely to ensure that the bra straps do not fall down off your shoulders.
Attach the lace straps on the bra and loosen the straps to its full length.
Unhook the bra.
Put on the bra from the upside down. Whisk the bra above your head and stretch your arms so the bra slips to your shoulders.

Fill the cups with all of the fatty tissues that are hanging out of the cups below your underwire and armpits.
